Barbering @ Franco's

I’ve been going to Franco’s for about a year now, having previously tried around twenty different barbers across Bristol. I wanted to transition from a skin fade to a longer hairstyle, so I was looking for somewhere with excellent reviews and a barber who could guide me through the change.

For my first appointment, I chose Franco himself, and I haven’t looked back since. He was very straightforward and explained that my hair needed to be much longer to achieve the style I wanted. Even so, he managed to make it look as good as possible during the awkward growing-out stage. It’s refreshing to have a barber who shares genuine opinions and expertise rather than just going through the motions. He even recommended leaving longer gaps between cuts to let my hair grow properly, which gave me confidence that his advice was really about what was best for my hair.

Now, I’m very happy with my hairstyle. I go in every five to six weeks, and I’ve also become a fan of their products, which are high quality and fairly priced compared to other retailers. A few months ago, when I got married, Franco even gave me a complimentary haircut a couple of days before the wedding to ensure I looked my best.

In short, while it may be a little more expensive than the average barber, the quality of service makes it excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Franco’s.

My 16 year old brother had been growing his for a couple of years and wanted a restyle with his prom coming up. He was nervous about going but Harrison did an absolutely fantastic job with it. He’s really happy with it. Will definitely be returning and also taking my son there from now on. Thanks guys.

Feel like a new man after getting haircut at Franco's! Harrison is very paitent and does an exceptionaly good job of finding out what style I want and discussing options. I used to hate getting haircut but not at Franco's which is relaxing amd unhurried

I had been a bit apprehensive about getting my hair cut having grown it out for a year but Luke was incredibly helpful with talking me through everything he was doing. His insights into hair maintenance were much needed and came with genuine care. The atmosphere was friendly and professional with everyone given the time they needed. I will definitely be returning and recommending.

I've been going to Franco's since before COVID and have always had a fantastic haircut from the barbers there, across a range of styles from skin fades to almost shoulder length hair. All the barbers are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in their work, actively engaging you in their thought process and guiding you through different hair styles. Gianluca and Luke are both exceptional and I always look forward to having a haircut there.

Just had an absolutely brilliant service from Luca, I think. Short term memory loss. Very well qualified, loves what he does. Good chat. Brilliant haircut and even better beard trim. Gave good vibes on what he thought was best. Very professional and an all round great guy!

I grew my hair really long and never did anything with it because I felt quite self-conscious about my receding hairline. Not only did they work through it with me, they’ve also created a great hairstyle that works around it and really makes me feel confident! I used to wear a hat to hide it but now I feel like I look better without the hat and can feel as good as I look!
